Partner with CCF

We are proud to work alongside numerous organizations throughout the Nashville area. From coordinating schedules to ensure our neighbors in need are served a meal every day of the week, to working together to form a chain of support that walks our guests from unhoused to home, we couldn’t serve our guests without our service partners.

Are you a non-profit, charitable, faith-based, or community organization interested in partnering with CCF to serve Middle Tennessee residents experiencing homelessness? Let us know!
