Guest Services & Programs

There are zero barriers to accessing our services, allowing us to quickly assess and meet the needs of our guests.

Stabilizing Services

When serving guests, our first goal is always stabilization. We address hunger and hygiene, along with any immediate needs for counseling or other social services, at our Community Resource Hubs.

We serve more than 2,000 men, women, and children every month at our East Nashville campus.

At our Community Resource Hubs, we serve breakfast five days a week and lunch four days a week. We also offer showers, laundry service, phones, internet and mail service daily. Additionally, we connect guests with weekly prayer groups, daily access to pastoral counseling and social services via our organizational partners.

Transformational Programming

After a guest has been stabilized, we offer transformational programs that target the systemic and cyclical nature of homelessness and poverty, including:

  • Gainful Employment

Partnerships with local businesses, including Unlocked and Big Al’s Mowing, provide gainful employment for guests.

  • Housing

Through our partnership with Urban Housing Solutions, we provide permanent housing for eligible guests.

  • Career Counseling

We provide job skills training, resume writing services, and foster connections to employers.

  • Dare to Dream Child Development Center

The Dare to Dream Child Development Center offers affordable childcare for working parents and kindergarten readiness skills for 3-5 year-olds.

Housing Solutions

Mobile Housing Navigation Centers

Community Care Fellowship’s Mobile Housing Navigation Centers (MHNC) are developed in partnership with Metropolitan Government of Nashville’s Homeless Impact Division, non-profit organizations, and local congregations. MHNC’s provide temporary housing for our neighbors experiencing homelessness for up to 120 days, with the goal of connecting each guest with income, addiction and mental health services, permanent housing, and a strong support network. Guest referral to one of CCF’s MHNCs is handled by the Metro Homeless Impact Division, which utilizes the Coordinated Entry process to provide hyperlocal referrals off the By Name List.

Mobile Housing Navigation Centers complement CCF's Rapid Rehousing Program. We understand that many people experiencing homelessness avoid entering the shelter system for a multitude of reasons. These centers provide a bridge between encampment and permanent housing by not only providing a place to live, but also equipping residents with the necessary skills, resources, and support to be successful.

Rapid Rehousing Program

Thanks to partnerships with local churches and others organizations, we provide people with immediate support—especially in emergency situations. We know that people can’t thrive in crisis mode, which is why the goal of our Rapid Rehousing Program is to move them into permanent housing in less than 90 days.
